Excellent Hatha instruction. The teacher took time to explain each posture and offered hands-on adjustments. Left feeling grounded and stretched out. Highly recommend.

Really enjoy the classes here. The studio is clean, the mats are in good condition, and the teachers are professional and warm. Parking can be tricky but worth it.

Really appreciate the traditional Hatha approach here. The breathing exercises at the start set a beautiful tone for the whole session. Clean facilities and friendly staff.
